Infused Water

What can I use to make Infused water?

Get creative! Use your favourite fruit, or combine some classic combinations of fresh fruit, herbs, or even some vegetables. As for tools, you can make infused water in a large jug, water bottle, or pitcher. If you're looking for a starting point, citrus, berries, melons, fresh ginger, and mint are all go-to flavours. We suggest using water and ice, or you can use sparkling water to bubble up your swap out drink for any special occasions.

Below are some simple combinations to get your tastebuds thirsty.

  1. Cucumber, mint and strawberry:
    Cucumber (1 cucumber, thinly sliced)
Mint (10 fresh mint leaves, torn or slightly crushed)
    Strawberries (1/2 cup, sliced thinly).

  2. Watermelon, kiwi and lime:
Watermelon (1 cup, cubed and deseeded)
    Kiwi (1 kiwi, thinly sliced)
    Lime (1 lime, thinly sliced).

  3. Blackberries, orange and ginger:
    Blackberries (1 cup)
Orange (1 whole orange, thinly sliced)
Ginger (2-inch piece, peeled and thinly sliced)

  4. Strawberry, basil and lemon:
    Strawberries (1/2 cup, sliced thinly)
Basil (5 large leaves torn or lightly crushed)
Lemon (1 whole lemon, thinly sliced).

Test out your own flavour combination, or start simple with just mint, or lemon. Get hydrated, in flavour-style!
