3 Ingredient Protein Pancakes

Method:

Place banana in to a bowl and finely mash. Mix through both eggs and protein powder until mixture is thick and well combined. Heat a non-stick sauce pan and pour in pancake mixture.

Once small bubbles appear, flip the pancake and cook until golden-brown on both sides.

Serve with fresh strawberries, blueberries a dollop of Greek yoghurt and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
