This family favourite is just like the real thing but a healthier low carb version.
Directions
In a non-stick sauce pan brown the diced onion. Add the mince and cook until slightly browned then add the remaining vegetables and cover with a lid. Simmer until mince has finished cooking and vegetables have begun to soften. Add tinned tomatoes, French onion soup, tomato paste and some sea salt and pepper for taste.
Put the lid back on and simmer until everything has cooked through. Finally add the zucchini noodles and stir through.
Only allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes and then serve.
