Overnight Oats

Add all ingredients to a lidded jar or single serve container, and stir until well combined and no clumps are left at the bottom. 

Cover and place into the fridge overnight, or for up to 5 days.

In the morning, top your overnight oats with toppings of choice.

Some of our favourites are frozen blueberries and nut butter, banana, honey and cinnamon, or mixed berries with slivered almonds
