VLED
Very Low Energy Diets (VLED) involve replacing all meals with a specific meal replacement formula during the intensive early phase (additional foods can be added under the guidance of our dietitians).
VLED are high protein-low carbohydrate diets which induce fat burning and cause mild ketosis, which results in suppression of hunger and promotion of satiety.
Modified, less intensive VLED programs can also be created to suit your needs.
