Your Care at Re:You Health
Your initial assessment
Your care begins with a comprehensive 60-minute medical assessment with one of our experienced GPs.
We take the time to understand your medical history, current health concerns, weight and treatment history, stage of life, previous investigations and what you hope to achieve.
Your GP will assess your current health and relevant future health risks and arrange blood tests, investigations and further assessments as appropriate.
Your body composition assessment
As part of your initial visit, you will also have an additional 15-minute body composition assessment with one of our Lifestyle Consultants.
Your body composition analysis provides information beyond weight alone, including muscle mass, body fat and visceral fat. Your Lifestyle Consultant will explain your results and establish a baseline that can be used to monitor changes over time.
Understanding your results and developing your care plan
Once any relevant investigations are available, you will return for a follow-up appointment with your GP.
Your GP will review your results, explain any identified health risks or areas of concern, and discuss the treatment and management options that may be appropriate for you.
Together, you will develop a personalised care plan based on your health, needs, preferences and long-term goals.
Depending on your individual circumstances, your care may involve our GPs and Lifestyle Consultants, together with dietitians, exercise physiologists, psychologists, medical specialists and surgical services where appropriate.
Ongoing care and monitoring
Your ongoing care will be tailored to your individual needs and treatment pathway.
This may include GP reviews, Lifestyle Consultant appointments, repeat body composition assessments, monitoring of metabolic health and nutritional markers, and coordinated care with your existing GP, specialists and broader healthcare team.
As your health, circumstances and goals change, your care plan can change with them. Our team is here to provide the ongoing medical care, monitoring and support you need to improve and maintain your health over the long term.
