Dr Sabine strongly believes that weight loss is a journey and that everyone's journey is different. He has always had an interest in nutrition and its effect on the human body. He has wide ranging experience in many weight loss methods and enjoys working with people to help achieve their weight loss goals be it through surgical, medical or nutritional methods and often all three together. He aims to consult with humour and empathy and usually manages to do at least one of these with most consultations.
Dr Stephen Sabine is married with three active children. He enjoys gardening, cycling and coaching basketball.
